Hello all,

Another school semester has come atlast and already I can see I will be a busy little bee (hopefully not to busy to keeping shooting for fun). I have recently ordered Sigma's 50mm F1.4 EX DG HSM from a store in new york but have been told it could be a while before Sigma sends it. From what the sales rep from the retail store told me its been atleast since june since Sigma has sent a shipment of that lens for my camera mount which makes me think I could be waiting a while for it This makes me a bit antsy because I want to get some good portrait and fashion shoots in with some friends who are looking for a photographer but without the 50mm I might struggle. On an upnote I have just recently found a rather healthy scorpion at a friends house and have now set up a cage for the little critter to hide under a piece of bark and wait for herds of crickets to foolishly wander to close. I should have some photos up of the scorpions eating habits here in the near future!!!:-D
